The Façade Shingle is a rectangular metal shingle with framing seam, which can be installed in a one-third or semi-interlock.
With the special BOEHME® SYSTEMS bending technology, the framing seam receives a U-shaped profile so to increase resiliency against lifting off forces. The fittings for BOEHME® SYSTEMS Clips are preset by corresponding slots. This shingle type is manufactured with an open-aged fold, therefore is only suitable to install on facades and for a roof pitch over 25°.
Additional: The regulations for carrying out roofing work on roofs and facades (roofing trade regulations) must be applied when calculating the dimensions of the building components and determining the number of fastening clips.
